- Abstract
In the article, the authors present a case of a 25-year-old female who was rushed to a hospital due to bilateral hand oedema, indurated nodules on her legs and continuous fever to discuss leprosy caused by Mycobacterium lepromatosis that can be mistaken for vasculitis. She previously experienced pain and inflammation. She was treated with prednisone (PDN), thalidomide and pregabalin.
