- Abstract
The article discusses research which examined the efficiency of Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors to treat adult onset Still's disease (AOSD), a multisystemic inflammatory disorder. Topics discussed include conventional therapies for AOSD including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and corticosteroids and control of AOSD under anakinra treatment. Also mentioned are the effectiveness of combination anakinra and baricitinib and efficacy of JAK in the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
