- Abstract
The article presents information on a study which investigated the effects of glass bead (GB) content on the dynamic mechanical properties of filled low-density-polyethylene (LDPE) composites. A review of the related literature is given. A Du Pont dynamical mechanical analysis instrument was employed to quantify the storage modulus, loss modulus, glass transition temperature and mechanical damping of such composites. It discusses in detail the research findings.
