- Abstract
This article constitutes a result of educational research that ofert the possibility of expanding the initial training of professionals of the career degree in Elementary Education, trough the integration of neuro scientific knowledge, aimed at school diversity as a futurology of social justice and sustainable education in the 21st century and the development of digital culture and citizenship. Important appreciations are explained around digital culture an citizenship, also the contributions for the neuro didactic training of teachers. The integration of this knowledge is valued in the terms of providing the elementary teacher whith the necessary skills for their integral formation, also comprehensive care to the scolar diversity, and the solution of professional problems in different contexts of action. The main challenges to achieve this culture and digital citizenship towards the neuro didactic training of education professionals of more sustainable society are also raised, to achieve personal values and the achievement of a quality education. The proposal is introduce from the perspective of social technologies and the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), for the repercussion and impact it has from a sociological and pedagogical perspective.
