What the Research Says ... In One Line.
- Abstract
The article highlights the results of several studies on smoking cessation. A research by R. Niaura et al revealed that the use of different doses of varenicline can be effective for helping smokers to quit. Another study reported that abstinent smokers who spent 15 minutes either resting or exercising have reduced cravings for up to 15 minutes post intervention.
