- Abstract
The article reflects on systematic review of several clinical trials conducted to examine the effective of water-or land-based exercises in improving function and reducing pain in adults with lower limb osteoarthritis (OA) as compared to other exercises and the data was collected from databases including Medline, Embase, and Web of Science. The review concluded that all exercises such as flexibility, strength, and aerobic have same effect in improving function and reducing pain.
