- Abstract
The article presents a study on the role of phytochrome-interacting factors4 and 5 (PIF4 and PIF5) photomorphogenic hypocotyl elongation through blue light signal in Arabidopsis thaliana. The study investigates the circadian controlled PIF4/PIF5 transcriptions which are modulated by gibberellins (GA). The result shows that the GA in PIF4/PIF5 is responsible for hypocotyl elongation using the blue light signal.
