- Abstract
Echocardiographic "drop-out" effect of anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) was suspected. Cardiac computed tomography with reconstructed image confirmed the diagnosis, revealing the LCA originated from pulmonary trunk (Figure 1(E), arrows). With careful inspection of the coronary arteries, the origins and diameters of both left coronary artery (LCA) and right coronary artery (RCA) (Figure 1(C)) seemed normal.
