- Abstract
The article presents information on various aspects of bullying. Bullying can be described most succinctly as the systematic abuse of power persistent and repeated actions which are intended to intimidate or hurt another person. Bullying embraces many different types of direct and indirect aggressive behavior, such as name-calling, rumour-mongering, social exclusion, extortion and physical violence; and also some types of discrimination and harassment aggressive behaviors directed at a person or group of people because of their identity. Bullying is commonly associated with school children.
