- Abstract
One of the major issues in the treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) is the optimal use and timing of perioperative chemotherapy. The clinical benefits of adjuvant nivolumab therapy in NAC-treated MIBC patients with poor pathological features on RC specimens need to be clarified in a real-world setting. As a result, the median disease-free survival was 21 months in patients administered adjuvant nivolumab therapy, which was significantly longer than that in the placebo control group (10.9 months, I P i = 0.0006).
