- Abstract
The existing electric heating anti-icing / deicing components have many problems, such as high energy consumption, poor flexibility and slow heating rate, which put forward a high demand for airborne energy. The temperature rise characteristics and thermal uniformity of the heating element were taken as the optimization objective, the optimal configuration was obtained, and the preparation process of the heating element was proposed. The thermal / mechanical characteristics of the heating element were tested. The results show that the heat flux density has a greater effect on the thermodynamic characteristics of the heating element than the ambient temperature. The heating element can keep good thermodynamic characteristics under different mechanical loads. It can be seen that graphene electric heating elements based on composite materials have excellent application prospects in the field of aircraft anti-icing.
