- Abstract
Non technical skills such as communication, leadership and teamwork, in a cardio respiratory arrest situation in an adult patient in a hospital environment, in complementarity with the clinical competence needed to the emergent situation, contributes for the outcomes of an complex intervention such as the cardio respiratory arrest to be more successful. The singularity of the person to who is performed a cardio respiratory resuscitation supports the decision - making, in each situation, through the clinical judgment. The aim is to understand the care process in a cardio respiratory resuscitation in critical ill patients in a hospital environment. We formulate the investigation question through the PICo question:" Which are the nurses non technical skills in a cardio respiratory reanimation in critical ill patients in a hospital environment?" Research was conducted in scientific data base and ProQuest. Then three articles were analyzed after the assessment of methodological quality and data extraction though the JBI-MASTARI1. Although the outcomes didn't answer to the PICo question in her entirety, they satisfy the non technical skills, communication and leadership and their significance in cardio respiratory arrest situation.
