- Abstract
The authors discuss a study on dentin dysplasia type II caused by novel frameshift mutations in dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP). Highlights include genotype-phenotype correlation concerning the frameshift mutations in the dentin phosphoprotein region, gene diagram of DSPP, and Sanger sequencing chromatograms of the mutations identified.
