- Abstract
The article presents research on the use of image-guided Raman endoscopy in gastroscopy. An evaluation of the clinical utility of the endoscopy for in vivo diagnosis of neoplastic lesions in the stomach done. An image-guided endoscopy system with 785 nanometer excitation has been developed to acquire in vivo gastric tissue. It concludes that the endoscopy procedure associated with ant colony optimization linear discriminant analysis diagnostic (ACO-LDA) algorithms has potential for the noninvasive diagnosis and detection of gastric neoplasia.
