- Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 7-year-old boy has received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for severe congenital neutropenia at the age of seven years to second allogeneic HSCT because of donor-type aplasia. It mentions that the patient had a history of catheter has related to blood stream Fusarium infection at the six years, the immunosuppressive treatment of graft-versus-host disease, and the unavailability of a human leucocyte antigen matching donor.
