- Abstract
Ferramentas que auxiliam na tomada de decisão clínica para retorno ao esporte após Reconstrução do Ligamento Cruzado Anterior (R-LCA) devem ser amplamente utilizadas na prática clínica. O objetivo do estudo foi realizar adaptação cultural e verificar a validade da versão brasileira do Anterior Cruciate Ligament Return to Sport After Injury (ACL-RSI). Estudo transversal composto por 100 participantes com lesão unilateral do ligamento cruzado anterior, submetidos à R-LCA há no mínimo três meses com idade entre 16-50 anos. Foi realizada correlação entre o ACL-RSI e os questionários: Escala Tampa para Cinesiofobia (TSK), Formulário de Avaliação Subjetiva do Joelho (IKDC) e SF-36. O teste Kolmogorov-Smirnov foi utilizado para verificar a normalidade dos dados, a confiabilidade medida pelo coeficiente de correlação intraclasse (CCI), a consistência interna pelo alfa de Conbrach e a validade constructo pela correlação de Spearman. Nos resultados houve boa confiabilidade teste- reteste, com CCI = 0,78 e consistência interna, com alfa de Cronbach = 0,87. Com relação à validade, houve correlação razoável quando comparado com a escala TKS (-0,51) e IKDC (0,58) e baixa validade quando comparado com o SF-36 (0,14-0,44). Como conclusão a versão brasileira do ACL-RSI demonstra possuir consistência, confiabilidade e validade, podendo ser utilizada em brasileiros que se submeteram à R-LCA.
