- Abstract
The article presents a study which compares the double-bundle (DB) anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) and single-bundle (SB) ACLR techniques regarding postoperative articular cartilage changes. The study included 52 patients with no chondral or meniscus injury at primary ACLR. It highlights the mean time from reconstruction to second-look arthroscopy for the DB and SB groups. Results show chondral lesions were found after operation in both DB and SB ACLR.
