- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which analyzed the benefit of adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) for resected pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The effect of RT on overall survival of cancer patients in the U.S. was analyzed using propensity-adjusted Cox proportional hazards and Kaplan-Meier analyses. Study authors concluded that adjuvant RT for resected pancreatic adenocarcinoma was associated with a significant survival advantage.
