- Title
Strategies for Managing an Intern's Performance.
- Authors
Somerick, Nancy M.
- Abstract
The article presents strategies to identify potential entry-level employees on internship programs by organizations in the U.S. Organizations searching for future employees and students searching for future employment can benefit from a capstone academic experience provided by a university that offers an internship for course credit. Help to arrange interviews with organizations that have compatible requests for work-related activities is one of the strategies that can be implemented by the university's internship director.
