- Abstract
Marine-Lenhart syndrome is a condition characterized by the combination of Grave's disease (GD) with one or more hyperfunctional nodules. We present the case of a 48-year-old woman with GD diagnosis, with laboratory parameters of TSH 0.001 µUl/ml, T3 437 ng/dl, T4L 4.1 ng/dl, TRAb 10.9 Ul/L, a thyroid nodule. Scintigraphic data with an increase in the concentration of the radiopharmaceutical in the thyroid parenchyma, with a site of greater uptake towards the lower pole of the right lobe. This diagnosis should be considered in those cases where the ultrasound reports the presence of a thyroid nodule to explore other therapeutic possibilities.
