- Authors
Zimmer, Vincent
- Abstract
In the article, the author presents the case of an 81-year-old woman who was referred for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) due to possible cholangitis to discuss full cystic remnant ductoscopy. Based on wire-guided biliary access, she has a dilated common bile duct (CBD). She underwent another ERCP with scheduled direct cholangioscopy (DC)-guided electrohydraulic lithotripsy.
