- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 46 year old man presented to the emergency department with acute-onset retrosternal chest pain the patient described as feeling like a rock on his chest. The patient reported a feeling of faintness and excessive sweating and his only relevant medical history is a smoking history of 20 packs per year. The patient underwent emergency cardiac catherization which showed total occlusion of proximal left anterior descending coronary artery and received stenting.
