- Abstract
The article presents research on the development of a mathematical model to calculate the radial distribution of the ore-to-coke ratio in the upper part blast furnace shaft in steel processing. The study involved the measurement of radial temperature distribution to calculate the thermal flow ratios in concentric rings of the shaft. The developed model was evaluated and verified by comparing the results with temperatures from an in-burden probe.
