- Abstract
An essay is presented that discusses a visual record of a 19th century British art collection in the papers of government administrator Edward Hawke Locker (E. H. Locker). It is said that two hand screens offer information on art displays in Locker's dining room and drawing room at Greenwich Hospital. The collection was begun by Locker's father, Captain William Locker, and focuses on naval battles, while containing a portrait of Captain Horatio Nelson.
