- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 56-year-old man with palpitation who was referred to hospital for catheter ablation due to drug refractory paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Topics discussed include formation of homogenous and continuous lesion with cryoballoon ablation; calculation of mean value and standard deviation of the pixel intensity histogram and assessment of cryothermal lesion by delayed enhancement magnetic resonance imaging.
