- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old man with symptomatic idiopathic premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) who was referred for catheter ablation. Clinicians positioned multipolar mapping catheters in the coronary sinus and right ventricle (RV) near the His bundle (HB) region and performed activation mapping in the RV during PVCs. Topics include the mechanism of action of the suppression of PVCs during atrioventricular (AV) conduction block.
