- Abstract
The article explores a genome‐ wide association studies of total IgE levels in a Taiwanese population and performed replication analyses in three cohorts. Topics include secondary analysis with IgE‐related phenotypes using 1235 PATCH schoolchildren; multi-marker modeling to account for single‐nucleotide polymorphisms; further gene‐based analysis and identified 87 IgE‐associated gene and resulted that the identified 14 genes were related to immune response in function.
