The article discusses several criminal justice decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court from the 2014-2015 term. Topics discussed include interagreement rates for paired justices in non-unanimous criminal justice decisions; decisive swing votes and opinion authorship by justice; and the Court's decision in cases such as "Johnson v. United States," and "Obergefell v. Hodges."
