- Abstract
Solar‐energy‐driven conversion of H2O and O2 into the high‐energy molecule H2O2, hydrogen peroxide, can contribute to future sustainability technologies. H2O2 is a major industrial chemical and in concentrated form is used as rocket fuel. On page 5248, E. D. Głowacki and co‐workers introduce a semiconductor‐based photoelectrochemical cell, which shows that organic semiconductors, considered notorious for poor stability, can be robust catalytic materials in aqueous environments.
