- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 29-year-old Hispanic woman who was diagnosed with Hughes-Stovin Syndrome. Her symptoms included fever, cough and pleuritic chest pain. Occlusive thrombus in the left lower lobe segmental and subsegmental pulmonary arteries were detected via contrast-enhanced computed tomography of the chest. She underwent thoracotomy and left lower lobectomy, as well as embolization of a right bronchial artery.
