- Abstract
The article offers information on the physician well-being as physician burnout is one of the major problem worldwide. Topics discussed include a survey of palliative care physicians which found a lower prevalence of burnout in physicians; and discusses about palliative care which is a unique specialty and are a number of factors that may contribute to differences in burnout rates. Article also discusses palliative care principles which include practicing leadership.
