- Abstract
This study explored the perceptions and acceptance of blended learning among students in the Department of Information Studies. It aimed to examine their attitudes, the influence of personal standards and self-efficacy on their behavior towards blended learning, and to identify success factors and development proposals based on their views. Employing a quantitative survey, the research involved 108 students, revealing that they generally view blended learning positively, recognizing its role in enhancing educational quality and accelerating course-work completion. Students’ technological skills were highlighted as key to their readiness for blended learning. Despite their favorable attitudes, students have not fully embraced this learning approach, suggesting a need for more integration time. The study suggests expanding blended learning to boost students' entrepreneurial and creative thinking skills and enhance the application of technological skills. Overall, the findings underscore the effectiveness of blended learning and provide insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers to improve its implementation in higher education.
