- Abstract
The cerium-based multimetal oxides have a good catalylie effect in the NH3 -SCR. denitration experiment. The Bayan Oho mixed concentrate in Baolou is rich in a large amount of cerium, which is mainly present in the bastnasite phase. ln order to study the denitrification mechanism of multi-metal doped rare earth-based fluorncarbonate in mixed concentrates and simplify the unknown effect of complex mineral phase interphase, this paper synthesizes single bastnasile by using cerium nitrate, sodium hicarbonate and sodium fluoride as raw malerials. The denitrification mechanism of undoped bastnasile was simulaled by its crystal structure, particle size and surface morphology, as well as denitrification and other properties. The results showed that the growth length and crystallinily of bastnasile synthesized at different temperatures have different effects on the flue gas denitrification experiment; the activity is the highest al 120 °C; the Raman results show the experimental synthesis of bastnasile and while clouds. The structure of bastnasile in the mixed concentrale of Oho Mine is basically the same. Provide experimental basis for the subsequent multi-metal doping mechanism research.
