- Abstract
Subdural hematoma (SDH) is caused by venous bleeding into the subdural space. MRI revealed Twin A had a large bilateral supratentorial/ infratentorial SDH causing enlarged BPD and suspected hypertelorism; Twin B with severe ventriculomegaly and enlargement of the BPD.
