- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old Chinese man who was presented with fever for three weeks. Proteinuria, anaemia and thrombocytopenia were found on the patient and renal biopsy has revealed lymphoid cells with prominent nucleoli that block the glomerular capillaries. Immunostaining confirms that the lymphoid cells were positive for PAX5 and CD20 B-cell lineage markers. The patient was diagnosed with intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL).
