- Abstract
This article discusses the successful treatment of non-uremic calciphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening disease, using a combination therapy of sodium thiosulfate, iloprost, and heparin. The article presents a case study of a 63-year-old patient with ulcerations on both lower legs who experienced significant pain reduction and complete healing of the ulcers after undergoing the combination therapy. The article emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and treatment for calciphylaxis and highlights the need for further studies to evaluate the efficacy of this combination therapy.
