- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old woman who showed with bilateral vulval lumps with ulceration and fissuring with discharge over a two-year duration. Upon histological assessment, it demonstrated a few tuberculoid-type granulomas within the dermis and proliferation of lymphomas-macytoid cells. The article discusses the significance of examining patients with vulvitis granulomatosa, cheilitis granulomatosa, Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome (MRS) for associated Crohn's disease.
