CLIENT PARTICIPATION.
- Authors

- Abstract
The author reflects on client participation in agency programs on child welfare in the U.S. The author does not agree with those few who are so enthusiastic about client participation in agency programs, noting that there are areas in which the profession's knowledge is greater than that of clients. He adds that there are also aspects of policy setting in which clients would not be as knowledgeable as the board is.
