- Abstract
Presents research to determine if conjugated equine estrogen (CEE) changes global cognitive function in older women and to compare the effects with CEE plus medroxyprogesterone acetate (CEE plus MPA). Design, setting, participants, interventions, and main outcome measures; Results; Conclusion hormone therapy in women aged 65 or older had an adverse effect on cognition, which was greater in those with lower cognitive function at baseline.
