- Abstract
The article offers information on the Australian Rural Mental Health Study (ARMHS) related to suicide among people living in rural communities of the country. Participants were asked to fill a survey on suicidal ideation and their social and psychological state. It highlights that suicidal tendency was highly associated with social support, psychological distress and neuroticism. It mentions that factors such as marital status and social networks didn't impact suicidal ideation.
