- Authors
Ury, William L.
- Abstract
The article discusses how hunting Bushmen in Kalahari Desert in Africa resolve their disputes. It is mentioned that in creating a favorable climate for dispute resolution, the trance dance plays a significant role and serves as a kind of people's court. It is noted the dispute resolution process is very open and inclusive and people often talk at the same time although they are respectful of the opinions of others.
