- Abstract
Obstetric Brachial Plexus Palsy (OBPP) is one of the devastating complications of difficult or assisted deliveries. Brachial plexus palsy with upper root involvement most commonly affects the external rotators and abductors. Twenty percent of obstetrical brachial plexus palsies are bilateral and they represent a more severe condition.
