- Abstract
The article discusses whether social security benefits should be considered in the good faith analysis under the 11 U.S.C. § 1325(A) (3). It analyzes the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's opinion regarding an above-median-income debtor's decision of not committing available social security benefits to unsecured creditors in the good faith analysis under 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3).
