- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 40-year-old male painter who was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma lung cancer. He was presented with simultaneous cough, breathlessness, and right lateral chest pain for two months but said that he was a non-smoker or alcoholic. His clinical examinations showed diminished breathing and dull percussion in the right axillary and infrascapular area. His tests also revealed elevated protein and pleural fluid suggesting adenocarcinoma but refused to undergo biopsy.
