- Abstract
The article present case study of a 25-year-old woman with a 5-month history of cough, nasal congestion and progressive hearing loss. It further discusses computed tomography (CT) imaging of her sinuses revealed chronic otomastoiditis; the most common infectious cause of chronic cavitary disease cause of reactivation tuberculosis (TB); and also mentions Wegener's granulomatosis or granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) characterized by multiorgan involvement and Respiratory insufficiency.
