- Abstract
This article discusses a case of a person with severe Haemophilia A who experienced chronic knee pain. The pain was initially thought to be associated with haemophilic arthropathy, but further investigation revealed that it was caused by bone marrow oedema syndrome. The patient was treated with zoledronic acid, which resulted in gradual improvement in the knee pain. This case highlights the importance of considering other potential causes of chronic joint pain in individuals with haemophilia.
