- Abstract
Aim. This paper shows that we can achieve a significant increase in the efficiency of intermediate players from the junior teams, during official competitions, if we use a streamlined management, properly put into practice during the players' training. The research' hyphotesis was centered upon the fact that an efficient management of the training process may lead in turn to an optimization of the intermediate technical training, for the Junior 1 team. The efficiency of the players was to be also kept track of during the official games. The objective of this research was to show that the management efficiently used in the sports training is a must, being a very effective way to improve it. Methods. The methods we used were the experimental method, the mathematical method of statistics, and the graphical method. Results. The results we got revealed an optimal efficiency of intermediate players during the official games, it evolved from an average of 38.85% during the first game of the National Junior I Championship, 2014-2015, to an average of 59.02% during the last championship game. Conclusions. In conclusion, we can say the demarche used was it efficient and has achieved the objective proposed.
