- Abstract
The article presents a research which aims to analyze the occurrence of virological failure in children who initiated the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) treatment which based on nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) like nevirapine and efavirenz. It is mentioned that children's retrospective cohort study was conducted for the research in Botswana. Outcome analysis was perfomer with multivariable Cox regression analysis and follow-up methods. Association of efavirenz with less virological failure is discussed.
