- Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated the thermal properties of a P/Si-containing polysilsequioxane induced into epoxy resins. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used in investigating the morphology of nanocomposites. The thermal stability properties of the nanocomposites were also studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
