Eisenstein's Epistemological Shift.
- Authors

- Abstract
An essay is presented on the re-reading of the theoretical writings of Sergei Eisenstein. It offers the author's opinion on the aesthetic positions of Eisenstein which are said to be decisively shaped by the theory of mind that he presumes at each phase. The re-reading is also reported to pave the way for an analysis of the deeper contradictions between the systems of film criticism.
